First Class (cross-curricular)

The First Class education pack is a standalone set of educational resources aimed at teachers of Key stages 1-3. Each activity is designed around a particular curriculum topic in a specific key stage. It is possible, however, to adapt each one for use with any age group.

A printed pack has been produced which is accompanied by a series of web resources. All of these are available FREE to teachers.

The education pack includes:

  • Activities on Maths (KS2), History (KS2 and 3), Citizenship (KS3), Art & Design (KS1,2 and 3) and Design Technology (KS2)
  • Fact Files
  • Activity Sheets
  • Colour facsimiles of stamps and archive documents from The Royal Mail Archive

Supporting web resources

The pack is supported by various web resources including:

  • Images to project onto an interactive whiteboard
  • Microsoft Word versions of each Activity Sheet and Fact File for you to alter to suit your class
  • A sound file for use with the Design Technology activity
