A greetings card featuring the 1959 poster Don't Be A Pirate! by Robert Broomfield.

Robert Broomfield was a designer of advertisements, greetings cards and cartoons as well as illustrations for the Radio Times. He produced a number of posters for the Post Office in the late 1950s including this one, which refers to the granting of transmission and radio licenses, for which the Post Office retained overall responsibility until 1969.

The card measures 12.2cm x 17cm, comes with a white envelope and is blank on the inside.
